Sao Paulo, December 2nd, 2016 – For the purposes of the Instruction nº 358, dated January 3rd, 2002 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – “CVM”), as amended (“CVM Instruction nº 358”), Aegea Saneamento e Participações S.A. (“Aegea” or “Company”), water and sanitation concessions operator, present in 47 municipalities in 9 States, and its subsidiary – Águas Guariroba S.A., announce the annual tariff review for water and sewage practiced in Campo Grande by 8.47%, as approved by the municipality of Campo Grande by means of Decree nº 13,010/16, published in the “Diário Oficial” on this date. The adjustment is part of the concession contract and it is based on the INPC (National Index of Consumer Prices) for a 12-month period. The new tariff structure for water and sewage in Campo Grande will be applicable on the consumption and services from January 3rd, 2017.
